Festive sandwiches with sprats and pickles

Ingredients for 5 sandwiches:
- black / gray / white bread or long loaf / baguette - 5 pieces;
- hard cheese - 75 g;
- chicken egg, large - 1 pc .;
- mayonnaise - 1.5-2 tbsp. l .;
- sprats in oil - 5-10 pcs. (depending on size);
- 1-2 pickled pickles;
- fresh greens - for decoration.
How to make sprats sandwiches
