Stuffing is a kind of "magic wand" in the kitchen. With shredded meat in stock, you can quickly concoct cutlets, meatballs, meatballs, stuffed peppers, cabbage rolls, pasta in a naval manner, or some other dish. And even more so you can experiment, creating successful flavor "tandems" like a quick bigus. - white cabbage - ½ pcs. medium size;
- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp. with riding;
- cooking oil for frying;
- onions - 1 pc. small or ½ large onion;

How to cook cabbage with meat
In our case, turkey minced meat is used, but you can take another: chicken, pork, beef, platter ... Minced meat will be cooked equally quickly, because it consists of shredded pieces of meat. Put a griddle on the fire, pour vegetable oil on its bottom. It can be used both refined and "vintage" - with a real sunflower smell. While the fat is heating up, cut the onion into cubes and place these pieces in the pan. Traditionally, stewed cabbage is prepared with onion half rings, because the pieces of this shape resemble the main component - chopped cabbage. But in our recipe, we offer more chop the onion, so that the pieces fit more into small fractions of minced meat.
Onions do not need to fry too much - a maximum of transparency. And our goal is to cook a quick dish, so the products should be sent to the pan one after another. Therefore, behind the onions, clean the carrots, grate them on a coarse grater and put them on the pan. Stir the onions with the carrots and fry them further together, without a lid.
The next ingredient is mince itself. Spread it over the roasting vegetables, gently dividing the spoon into pieces. Then mix everything together and let the mince fry a little.
Well, the "base" of this dish is cabbage. Cut it into thin strips and send it to the pan. Mix with other ingredients and salt the dish.
In a separate vessel (large cup, bowl or deep plate), dissolve two spoons of tomato paste with 200 ml of drinking water. Pour this "tomato sauce" into the pan with a dish, stir and cover with a lid. Stew until completely cooked under the lid, sometimes stirring the dish. If the liquid evaporates too quickly, add more water (this time without tomato paste) and make the fire smaller. Stewing cabbage with minced meat under the lid will take about half an hour.
Cabbage stew with minced meat is ready! This is a very simple dish that does not require any special seasonings and time consuming. "At the exit," you get a dish that combines a protein product with fiber, and this is very valuable in the diet.
