- white cabbage - 400 grams;
- pork (pulp) - 300 grams;
- onions - 80 grams;
- carrot - 80 grams;
- vegetable oil - 40 grams;
- tomato juice - 150 grams;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
How to cook cabbage stew with pork
Pork pulp washed and dried from water with napkins. Then chop the flesh into pieces, but not very finely.
Fry the pork with the addition of vegetable oil (pour half a serving first, and then add if necessary), bring to a brown crust, since the meat will be stewed and will not be able to roast like this. Salt the pieces of pork to taste, pepper if desired.
Chop the cabbage into strips and add to the meat. Start stewing over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cabbage can be stewed in a skillet with high sides, and in a regular saucepan.
