Cooking pepper in tomato sauce
Sweet pepper is better to use different colors - it can not be seen in the jar, but the snack on the plate will look more appetizing and impressive. Wash the vegetables, remove the seeds and the stem, finely chop the straw.
Ripe, soft tomatoes, wash and cut into several parts, remove the place where the stem was attached.
Twist through the meat grinder several times or with the help of a combine. The skin can not be removed.
Add in the tomato puree immediately salt and sugar, mix. If you want the appetizer to be not so sweet, then put less sugar.
Pour the aromatic mashed potatoes from the tomato into the pan and let it reach the boil. Cover the lid with this, as the tomatoes begin to “gurgle” and the spray starts to fly out of the pan.
After the mashed potatoes begin to boil actively, transfer the pieces of sweet pepper into it. Boil the vegetable for 10 minutes, and then check for readiness - the pepper cooks quickly and may become too soft.
Peel the garlic and chop it finely. Add garlic, ground black pepper, odorless vegetable oil and natural apple cider vinegar to an almost finished snack. Stir and let the snack boil - the sweet pepper in the tomato is ready.
Pour hot snack over sterile jars. Additional sterilization is not needed.
Spin the jars with sterile caps, tilt and wrap, let cool, then send to a cool place like a cellar or storeroom.
