It is the recipe of zucchini with tomatoes that has gained the most popularity, and for those who are not yet aware of how to prepare such a salad, we will describe in detail and show all the nuances. The taste of the salad goes sweet and sour, which many people like and few can resist, so as not to ask for supplements.
- 800 grams of young zucchini,
- 3 pcs. sweet pepper,
- 500 grams of red tomatoes,
- 3 pcs. onions,
- 1 tables. l salt (without slides),
- 50 grams of table vinegar (9%),
- 100 grams of granulated sugar
- 120 grams of vegetable oil.
How to cook ankl benks from zucchini with tomatoes
For the marinade, mix the vegetable oil, vinegar and add a mixture of salt and sugar. Mix the marinade, it is ready.
For the recipe, we take young beautiful zucchini, they are very delicate soft after stewing. For blanks and not only, it is better to take young vegetables, they do not even have to peel. Just wash the squash and cut tails. Then cut into strips of medium thickness.
Pour the marinade in a saucepan, warm it over medium heat and start laying vegetables: zucchini will go first, stew them for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, so that they do not stick to the bottom.
Clean and rinse the onion, then grind it: cut into thin half rings.
Add onions to squash and continue to stew all together, stirring occasionally. Quenching will take about 5 minutes again.
Cut the sweet pepper into thin and long stripes, after having cleaned it from the seeds.
Put the sweet pepper in the pan and mix with the rest of the vegetables, simmer again and stir. By the time we mark 5 minutes.
Grind tomatoes in a blender or in a meat grinder, we get tomato sauce for salad.
Add tomato to vegetables and mix.
