Vegetable assorted tomatoes and cucumbers - a quick snack that does not require much time and high financial costs. Marinating vegetables by dosing twice is the best way to pickle. Tomatoes with cucumbers, marinated for the winter - very tasty, sweet and will appeal to all.

Ingredients for tomatoes and cucumbers:
- Tomato - 650 g;
- short-cucumber - 650 g;
- garlic - 2 teeth;
- coarse salt - 3 tablespoons l .;
- granulated sugar - 3 tbsp.
- allspice (peas) - 6 pcs .;
- black pepper (peas) - 8 pcs .;
- Clove - 2 pcs .;
- Table vinegar essence 9% - 7 tbsp.
Stages of cooking pickled tomatoes with cucumbers
First, carefully wash the jar, sterilize over steam. In a dry container lay out garlic cloves, sprigs of greens, black pepper peas. Additionally, for the aroma you can put currant leaves and cherry leaves, mustard seeds, horseradish / ginger root on the bottom.
Soak cucumbers in cold water for 2 hours. Then trim the ass and put the dried fruit in the jar half. Use dense cucumbers with a prickly stiff skin.
Next, wash the tomatoes, dry off moisture, tightly put in the jar to the top. In order for the fruits to remain whole, the skin does not burst, you need to chop them with a toothpick.
Boil water and pour the fruit in the jar for 15 minutes, then pour it into the saucepan, boil again and pour it again for 15 minutes. After pouring the liquid into the saucepan and begin to make marinade. Add sugar, salt, cloves, pepper and sweet peas, mix and boil. Then pour table vinegar, continue to cook for 2 minutes. Hot brine pour tomatoes to the level of the top side.
Immediately we roll up the jar with scalded lid, turn it upside down, wrap it in a fur coat and leave to cool in the room. Be sure to check the jar for correct seaming: the brine should not leak. During storage, periodically check for bulging jars. Spoiled pickles must be thrown away.
