Carrots perfectly complement cucumbers with their delicate, slightly sweetish flavor. Cut carrots into cubes, also add garlic, clean and rinse.
At the bottom of the jar put a few sprigs of fragrant dill, then throw in the jar carrot and garlic.
Fill the jar with cucumbers, in the process several times shake the jar so that the cucumbers are more closely lined to each other. Pre-cucumbers must be checked for bitterness and trim tails on both sides.
Pour boiling water over cucumbers, leave for 20 minutes alone, then drain the water, boil and pour into the jar again, and leave for 20 minutes.
Last time, carefully pour the water into the pan, measure out a liter, and if necessary, add boiling water from the kettle.
Throw salt, sugar, peppers into the water, laurel as desired. Boil the marinade for a couple of minutes and pour in the vinegar.
Immediately pour the marinade into the cucumbers and tightly tighten the lid. Cool the jar under a blanket, then store it in the cellar.
