Tomatoes from tomatoes, onions and peppers for the winter
In the summer of sin is not to take the opportunity, and not to prepare as many blanks for the winter period as possible. For a change, I suggest you prepare a tomato from tomatoes for the winter. Cooked for a simple recipe, it turns out very tasty, just yummy fingers.
Such a blank is sure to come in handy and everyone will like it. It can be used for cooking first courses, various sauces and gravies. They can also lubricate the pizza dough. This is truly a universal thing and just a great and useful alternative to factory-made tomato paste.
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 2000 g
- onion - 500 g,
- sweet pepper - 2pcs.,
- Hot pepper - 1-2pcs. (you can not put)
- sunflower oil - 100 ml,
- salt kitchen - 1 tbsp.
- granulated sugar - 1 tbsp.,
- dried bay leaf - 2 pcs.,
- allspice - 5-6 pcs.,
- Provence herbs - 1/2 Art. l
How to cook a tomato from the tomato for the winter
Tomatoes can be taken very ripe, as all the same we will pass them through the electric meat grinder. Juicy fruits are washed and cut in arbitrary pieces.
We clean sweet pepper from seeds, cut tails, cut into plates. Onions clean from the husk and cut into small slices.
Cut off the tail of hot peppers and mix with other vegetables. If you do not like spicy, then do not put chili. We include the meat grinder and we turn all vegetables into uniform gruel. Send it to the hob and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Add salt, sugar, refined oil, dried laurel and all spices (and you can add others that you like).
Wait until the tomato starts to boil.
Then turn off the gas and pour the finished tomato in sterile jars. We roll with steamed lids and, in an inverted position, let cool to cover with a warm blanket.
It is not necessary to lower the tomato into the basement, as this preparation is well preserved even in apartment conditions.
