Fragrant pickled cucumbers with onions and parsley
I make pickled cucumbers with parsley and onions for the winter, it is tasty, piquant and fragrant. Parsley and onions are perfectly combined in this recipe and gave a wonderful aroma of pickle and taste to cucumbers. Red hot pepper, without which I do not think pickled vegetables, gives piquancy, and onions - spiciness. In winter, crunchy onion cucumbers will delight you - a great addition to many dishes.
I used small onions, but if you do not have small heads, you can use large ones by cutting them into rings or slices. If you chose slicing, do not cut off the top of the onion, so the onion flakes will not disintegrate, but will remain intact. The recipe is designed for a two-liter jar.

How to cook pickled cucumbers with parsley and onions
Spread sweet peas and simple black pepper, lavrushka and mustard seeds in the clean and pre-sterilized jars.
Cut the peeled onion heads into two parts or put them whole in jars, also send there hot peppers, vary the amount according to your taste.
Rinse parsley in cold water and dry, then lay on the banks. Also for more flavor you can put parsley root in jars.
Fill a jar with cucumbers, between the cucumbers you can also arrange the onion and parsley sprigs.
Fill the jars with boiling water at the very neck. Leave to infuse for 25-30 minutes. After pouring water into a deep cup and put it on fire. Pour sugar and salt into water, dissolve completely and bring to a boil.
At the end, pour in the vinegar. And immediately pour the marinade over the jars filled with cucumbers.
Roll banks with a special key, and if you use screw caps, tighten them tightly. Check the tightness of the cans, to do this, turn the cans upside down and leave to stand on a towel for a while. If during this time the towel remains dry, the banks are twisted tightly. Keep these pieces of cucumber for the winter in a dark and cool place.
