Tomatoes marinated for winter are usually closed in three-liter jars, but it is not very convenient to store such containers in the refrigerator after opening, as it takes up space. This recipe allows you to cook very tasty, sweet tomatoes in liter jars.
First of all, such a blank will appeal to those who love not very sharp, sweetish tomatoes. Marinade in them is delicious, fragrant, it almost does not feel the acid of vinegar and salt. Spicy supplements can change based on the taste preferences of your family. If someone does not like the aroma and flavor of cloves or celery, exclude this spice, replace it with something else.
- yellow and red tomatoes - 500-600 gr.,
- onions - 1 small head,
- allspice - 4 peas,

How to prepare sweet pickled tomatoes
We prepare all the spicy additives that will improve the taste of the marinade. We put parsley and celery on the bottom of a bank of scalded water. We throw a ring of hot peppers, peas, allspice, cloves, bay leaf.
Cut the onion into slices, disassemble into rings. We wash and sort the tomatoes - the larger ones will go to the bottom of the jar, small ones will be placed on top.
Fill a jar with tomatoes and onions to the very top, stacking the fruits more tightly.
Fill with boiling water. Pour it in a thin stream so as not to damage the skin of the tomatoes. Put the top on top, let the tomatoes steamed for ten minutes.
Add salt and sugar to the water drained from the cans. Stir, boil for two minutes. We give the marinade a good boil.
Before the second pouring, pour vinegar into a jar of tomatoes.
Carefully pour boiling marinade into jars, filling them to the brim. Close the lids, hermetically tighten.
