Garlic gives spice, and mint a pleasant aftertaste.

To prepare a quart jar of tomatoes with mint, you will need:

  • tomatoes - 500-600 g;
  • garlic - 2 cloves;
  • 4-5 peppers and peas;
  • mint - a couple of twigs;
  • water - 500 ml;
  • kitchen salt - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp .;
  • Table vinegar - 2 tbsp.

Put the peeled whole garlic, a few sprigs of fragrant mint and pepper-peas into the prepared sterile container.

Thoroughly wash the tomatoes and fill them with jars. Make it as tight as possible to fill as much space as possible. Between the vegetables do not forget to distribute the remaining mint.
