Ingredients per liter jar of tomatoes:
- tomatoes - 6-8 pieces;
- tomato paste - 4 tbsp. l .;
- vinegar (essence) - ½ tsp;
- water - 700 ml;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- table salt - 1 tsp;
- garlic - 5 cloves;
- dried bay leaves - 2 pcs .;
- allspice - 2 pcs .;
- parsley - a few twigs.
How to cook tomatoes in tomato paste
Prepare the glass container: clean the jars of suitable volume with baking soda and wash them under water. We leave them to dry properly. Covers boil in water for several minutes. Tomatoes take no defects, tight, with dense and fleshy walls. It is better to take not too large tomatoes so that they fit freely in a jar.
