Salad "Obzhorka" with meat and pickles is almost a reference sample of this men's dish. Salad turns out very nourishing, saturated with all the uncomplicated composition and ease of preparation.
As a meat component in this recipe, boiled beef is indicated, but for “Obzhorka” you can also use any other boiled or baked meat left over from dinner or cooked specially. High-calorie mayonnaise can be replaced by a less fatty dressing based on sour cream or natural yogurt and mustard, and pickled cucumbers can be marinated or fermented.

- beef (pulp) - 150 g;
- 2-3 pickled pickles;
- onions - 1 pc. (medium size);
- carrots - 1 pc. (moderately large) or 2 pcs. (small);
- garlic - 2-3 slices;
- sunflower oil; odorless - 40-60 ml (for roasting vegetables);
- salt - pinch (to taste and necessity);
- mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp. l .;
- allspice - 3 peas (for cooking meat);
- bay leaf - 1 pc. (for cooking meat).
How to cook salad "Obzhorka" with meat and pickles
Process the meat from the films and wash, put in a saucepan and pour boiling water, bring to a boil, drain the water. Then again pour boiling water, put on the stove and cook over moderate heat, removing the foam, for 45 minutes. Add salt, pepper, bay leaf to the saucepan with the meat and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes until ready.
While the meat is boiling, chop and prepare other ingredients for adding to the salad. Onions clean, wash, chop up into thin half rings.
Cut the carrots into strips or grate them for Korean salads, making sure that the strips do not turn out too long.

Fry onions in a small amount of heated vegetable oil until cooked.
Remove the fried onions from the pan, carefully wring it from the fat, and put it on a plate to cool. In the remaining butter, fry the carrot straw until soft.
Cool the boiled meat, cut into strips or disassemble the individual fibers by hand. Instead of beef in this salad you can also use boiled or baked pork or chicken.
When all the ingredients of the salad have cooled down, pour them into a deep bowl, add chopped garlic.
Fill with a bit of mayonnaise.
