- sour cream - 125 ml (125-150 g);
- mayonnaise - 80 g (80-100 ml);

- baking powder for dough - 1 tsp;

For filling:
- white cabbage - 400-500 g;

- ground black pepper - pinch;
- dried dill or other spices - a pinch.
How to cook a minute pie with cabbage
The dough is mixed in a matter of minutes and does not require time to rise, so the filling can be prepared immediately. Melt the butter in a microwave or on low heat on a stove in a thick-bottomed pot, cool it down a little.
Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, cut the stalk, and finely chop the rest. For filling this cake, it is better to use young cabbage, without thick dense veins - the cake will turn out more gently and juicier. Fold the shredded vegetable in a deep bowl, add melted butter.
Salt and season the cabbage with pepper and dried dill. You can use other spices to taste and desire. Mix. Cabbage for the filling of the pie is ready.
