Zucchini, Pepper and Tomato Salad Ankle Bens

This preparation for the winter can be eaten as a separate cold appetizer, as well as with meat, poultry, various side dishes. Such zucchini very tasty to add to the stew or vegetable stew.
Preparing a salad is quite simple and fast. But the nostalgic taste and aroma will not leave anyone indifferent. The secret ingredient of this billet is the curry spice, which makes it awesomely tasty.

- tomatoes - 500 g,
- Bulgarian pepper - 350 g,
- onion - 350 g,
- carrot - 300,
- tomato paste - 150 g,
- sunflower oil - 125 ml.,

- Table vinegar - 35 ml.,
- water (warm) - 0.4 l.,
- curry - 1 tsp,
- granulated sugar - 100 g
How to cook Ankle Bens zucchini
We wash all the vegetables. Squash cut into slices.
We clean a thin skin from the carrot and rub it on a coarse grater.

Tomatoes remove green stems and cut into cubes.

It's time to cook flavored marinade. Mix tomato paste, 400 ml of warm water, 125 ml of purified vegetable oil, table salt and sugar in one dish.
