I offer you the most delicious recipe for a classic assorted zucchini and cucumbers for the winter, which everyone will like. Prepares quickly, as without sterilization.
Kabachkov-cucumber platter comes out tasty and spicy, due to sweet peppers and carrots. Preparing a snack is very simple and fast. Fits absolutely to any dishes, side dishes, or you can eat as a snack to strong drinks.
Ingredients (per liter jar):
- zucchini fruits –1 pcs .;
- cucumbers –1 pcs .;
- carrot –1 pcs .;
- Bulgarian pepper –1 pc .;
- hot pepper - 2 pieces;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- dill - a couple of twigs;
- dried bay leaves - 1 pc .;
- black pepper (peas) - 4 pcs.
- water - 1000 ml;
- salt - 2 tbsp. l .;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l .;
- 9% vinegar - 1.5 tbsp. l

How to cook assorted cucumbers and zucchini for the winter
Put the jars to be sterilized over steam / in the microwave / in the oven. Covers also boil a few minutes in boiling water. After sterilization, we put dill, garlic and bay leaf in dry jars.
