- salt kitchen - 1.5 tbsp.
- Table vinegar - 3 tbsp.,
- carrot - 2 pcs.,

- Tomato paste - 2 tbsp.

- sunflower oil - 5 tbsp.,
- garlic - 3 cloves.
Cooking delicious cucumber caviar
For the preparation of such vegetable caviar we take cucumbers of late varieties. You can take large ripe fruit. But in this case it is necessary to check the fruits for bitterness, and also remove the coarse skin from them. We cut cucumbers into small cubes.
