"Tenderness" - light salad for every day
Prepare today the salad "Tenderness" with prunes and cheese according to the classic recipe with step by step photos. This is an original, tasty, nourishing and nutritious salad for every day or on a festive table. The basis is chicken fillet, it can be pre-boiled or baked, so do it to your taste.
Prunes add a special piquancy, and walnuts are also quite useful here. Thanks to nuts, chicken and eggs, the salad is very satisfying, so if you serve it for dinner, no additional side dishes are needed.
Ingredients for Salad:
- chicken fillet - 200 g;
- prunes - 6 pcs .;
- walnuts - 20 g;
- chicken eggs - 2 pcs .;
- hard cheese - 50 g;
- fresh cucumbers - 1 pc .;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- Mayonnaise - 2 tbsp.
How to cook salad "Tenderness"
Prepare all the products on the list. Boil chicken fillet and cool in broth, so the meat will turn out tender and tasty. Cut the fillet into small pieces and put in the salad first layer. Each layer of lettuce can be salted and peppered, lubricated with mayonnaise.
Prune into small pieces. If prunes are too dry, steam it in hot water for 10 minutes, then dry. Put the prunes on top of the chicken.
Next, lay the walnut pieces. If you do not like large ingredients in salads, chop the mushrooms in a blender.
Boil chicken eggs hard-boiled, then clean and grate on a fine or medium grater. Put the eggs on top of the nut layer.
Grease a layer of lettuce with mayonnaise.
Fresh cucumbers washed and dried, cut into strips and lay on top of eggs.
At the end, grate a delicious hard cheese, put the cheese chips on top of all the ingredients. That's all, the salad can be soaked for an hour and served at the table.
