All you need is cucumbers, salt and pickling broom (horseradish, dill, cherry and / or currant leaves).
Before cooking cucumbers, be sure to soak for at least 3 hours in cold water. Some housewives recommend keeping from 6 to 8 hours, changing three times the water. However, according to this recipe, cucumbers go crispy and without long soaking.
