There are many recipes for pickles, but one requires special attention - without vinegar, without sterilization. Even without these traditional ingredients and technology, you can get fragrant, tasty, crunchy cucumbers without much effort. All you need is cucumbers, salt and pickling broom (horseradish, dill, cherry and / or currant leaves).
Before cooking cucumbers, be sure to soak for at least 3 hours in cold water. Some housewives recommend keeping from 6 to 8 hours, changing three times the water. However, according to this recipe, cucumbers go crispy and without long soaking.
