A variety of home billets are always happy when they are in your pantry. In winter, you can choose the jar that you like. You can preserve various vegetables for the winter. The most traditional and favorite are cucumbers. Of them roll up salads, pickled whole and even in slices.
Cucumbers are a traditional snack on festive tables, so use the recipe that you like the most. To taste cucumbers in cans can be sweet, sour or moderately salty. Choose this option so that you would like to eat such cucumbers again and again.
There are, of course, lovers of sour barrel-shaped cucumbers, but except for a snack, they have nowhere else to apply. But often salads (for example, homemade Olivier) are added to pickled cucumbers and they should be moderately salty and crispy in taste. To make the cucumbers truly crunchy, it is not necessary to sterilize them. There are other secrets for this and we will share them with you. Cucumbers, if they are bought on the market, it is best to soak in water for 2-3 hours. Vegetables are saturated with liquid and get crisp and elastic after seaming. Homemade, only picked cucumbers, soaking is not necessary.
It is also important to use special varieties of cucumbers for seaming. There are salad cucumbers, with a smooth thin skin, and there are pickling varieties - with spines, pimples and hard skinned. - cucumbers - 700 grams;

- water - 0.5 l;

How to cook crispy pickled cucumbers
At the bottom of the jar we place the spices: greens, garlic and spices: peppercorns and bay leaves. If you like cucumbers with a hint of spice, put a piece of bitter pepper on the bottom.

Fill cucumbers with boiling water and let stand 10-15 minutes in this form.
Then pour the water from the cans into the pan. From this liquid we will cook the marinade. Boil some water, add some sugar and salt. Mix, pour vinegar and immediately turn off the fire.
