How to cook cucumbers "Prague" for the winter
Prepare a jar before putting cucumbers into it, to do this, put spices and greens on the bottom: dill, a slice of lemon, garlic cloves, allspice and bay leaves.
Fill a jar of cucumbers to the top.
Now you should start cooking the marinade. To do this, add salt, sugar, and citric acid to the water, after boiling it for one minute, no more, otherwise citric acid will give the wrong effect.
After not waiting for the marinade to cool, pour it into the jars.
Cover the jars with lids, just don’t roll up yet, as you still need to undergo sterilization so that the jars will not explode while the cucumbers are ready. Sterilize them for at least 10 minutes after boiling.
Roll up and immediately put the cans upside down, wait until they cool off.
After 2 weeks they will be ready to eat.
