Today we offer you a universal marinade for cucumbers, a recipe for 1 liter of water that will help roll cucumbers into jars for the winter.

Essential products for marinade:

  • 1 liter of water;
  • 50 grams of sugar;
  • 50 grams of salt;
  • 5-6 pieces peppercorns;
  • 1-2 pcs bay leaf;
  • 50 grams 9% table vinegar.

Measure out the right amount of water, pour into a saucepan and set to boil over a fire. When the first bubbles appear, add a measured amount of salt and sugar. Spoon stir from the bottom so that the crystals quickly melt.
