Classic marinade for cucumbers

Essential products for marinade:
- 1 liter of water;
- 50 grams of sugar;
- 50 grams of salt;
- 5-6 pieces peppercorns;
- 1-2 pcs bay leaf;
- 50 grams 9% table vinegar.
Cooking marinade for cucumbers
Measure out the right amount of water, pour into a saucepan and set to boil over a fire. When the first bubbles appear, add a measured amount of salt and sugar. Spoon stir from the bottom so that the crystals quickly melt.
Next we put spices in the marinade: peppercorns and bay leaves will be universal. The remaining spices can be folded to the bottom of the jar, often using dill umbrellas, garlic or hot chili peppers.
When the spices have boiled for 2-3 minutes, finish cooking the marinade, just pour in table vinegar 9% and immediately turn off the fire. Stir with a spoon and the marinade is ready. Buying vinegar in the store, look at its shelf life. With stale vinegar will not work roll up cucumbers long-term storage.
