Cooking pickled cucumbers in tomato paste
We wash cucumbers, cut tails. If the fruits are large, then cut them into blocks of 3-4 cm. In the case when the cucumbers are small, you can put them in whole jars.
With garlic, remove the husk and put two cloves on the bottom of each sterilized jar. We also add parsley and dill.
In a skillet or saucepan, cook the pickle pickle: pour a portion of pure water, add the factory-made tomato paste, coarse salt and granulated sugar. After boiling pour 200 ml of vinegar, the concentration of which is 9%.
Cucumbers put it more tightly in a sterile jar and pour it all with boiling brine. It must completely cover the vegetables in the jar.
We cover the top with a sterile cap, but do not rush to roll, because the sterilization process is necessary. We put a kitchen towel in a convenient saucepan, put it in the blank and pour water before bending. Bring to a boil and sterilize for 15 minutes.
Next, carefully pull out the blanks and cork the lids. Turn over and put on a flat surface.
You can wrap canned cucumbers from above with tomato paste with a thick spread. When the seals are cool, you can hide them in a dark, cool place.
