Salad "Globus" - never explodes and does not require sterilization
Today we are preparing salad "Globus" for the winter, just as tasty as in the USSR. If you have not caught this time, do not worry, I want to say that you probably tried this salad, but did not know its name. Then the salad "Globus" was made from tomato and peppers - for us, the more usual lecho, only there was no garlic, onion or other additives.

Serve such a salad to the table can be with meat or poultry, cereals, potatoes, etc. Great salad is suitable for adding to the stew and gravy, sauces, it will give the dishes a magical flavor and aroma of sweet, fleshy summer pepper.
Ingredients:
- sweet pepper - 1.5 kg;
- tomato juice - 2 l;
- hot pepper - to taste;
- sugar - ½ cup;
- salt - 2 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp. l .;
- bell pepper - 4 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - ½ cup.
How to cook a delicious salad "Globus" for the winter
Prepare all the necessary products on the list. Cook the tomato the day before, you can use your own method, or just skip the tomatoes on a juicer. Also fit a tomato with grains.
Add salt to tomato and add all the sugar.
Also, immediately pour a portion of tasty vegetable oil into a tomato; it is important that the oil be without bright aroma and taste.
Peel sweet Bulgarian pepper from seeds and remove all veinlets. Pepper rinse and dry. Chop the pepper in arbitrary pieces, but not very large.
Put the pepper in the tomato base and put everything on a small fire. Cook pepper for 15 minutes to make the tomato gurgle slightly, rather than actively boiling.
After a specified time, add a tablespoon of vinegar to the container, mix everything and remove from heat.
At this point prepare the sterile jars - fill the jars with the prepared salad, immediately clog the sterile lids. Put the cans upside down, insulate and leave for a day. After a while, remove to storage in the cellar.
