How to cook cucumber salad "Under the Vodka"
We wash the cucumbers, then we cut them into blocks of 5-6 cm in length. The easiest way is to cut the cucumbers into halves, and then again into quarters.
Cut the parsley, finely chop with a sharp knife. Parsley will give the salad a pleasant aroma and aftertaste.
Send cucumbers, parsley and garlic through a press into the pan.
