Salad with beef, ripe tomatoes and peppers
This is a recipe for insanely delicious salad with boiled beef and bell peppers with fresh vegetables. This recipe is not a shame, and dear guests to treat. This salad is dressed with a delicious dressing based on soy sauce, garlic and balsamic vinegar. All the ingredients are indisputably combined with each other. The salad is quite rich, but at the same time very light. Take note of the recipe with step by step photos, if you are fed up with simple mayonnaise salads and want something new.
Ingredients:
- beef meat - 500 g;
- sweet peppers - 300 g;
- cucumber - 2 pcs .;
- tomatoes - 3 pcs .;
- sesame seeds - 1 tsp;
- for the sauce:
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l .;
- balsamic vinegar - 2 tsp;
- garlic - 2-3 cloves;
- salt - ½ tsp;
- sugar - ½ tsp;
- sunflower oil.
How to cook a salad with boiled beef and vegetables
Beef meat is washed in cold water, cut off the film and boil it until cooked. To make the meat juicy and rich, it is better to put it in the already boiling water, otherwise we will simply boil rich broth. Finished meat is taken from the broth so that it is cooled. Cut it with oblong stripes.
Sweet peppers are better to take large, juicy and very fleshy. We clean out the middle of them and cut into strips. In the same way, cut and fresh cucumbers.
Tomatoes cut into slices, cut the green middle.
Now you should cook a delicious, flavorful dressing. Garlic clean from the husk, skip through the press. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. We also pour in sunflower oil without aroma, put salt with sugar. Aromatic dressing mix.
All prepared products we put in one salad bowl, we fill with sauce.
Put in a salad bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Spicy salad will be ready in 30-40 minutes, when all ingredients are fed with fragrant sauce.
