Cabbage stew with sausages - a quick and tasty recipe
Today I want to offer you to cook a very tasty dish - cabbage, stewed with sausages. The recipe of cooking is quick and absolutely everyone will like it, and step-by-step photos will not let you get lost in the process.
Cabbage can be just stewed with sausages, you can add tomato sauce, it will turn out also delicious. It is important to use the most delicious sausages. I like French sausages most of all, with the addition of Dijon mustard and cheese, most importantly, sausages choose the highest grade.
Optionally, you can use smoked sausages. Serve stewed cabbage to the table with any porridge, potatoes, or simply with a slice of delicious bread and fresh vegetables.
Ingredients:
- cabbage - 300 g;
- sausages - 100 g;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
How to cook cabbage with sausages
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Choose a large onion and carrot medium size. Peel and rinse vegetables, dry. Grate carrots on a medium grater, onion cut into small cubes.
Cabbage pick dense, taut. Remove the top leaves from the cabbage, rinse and dry the forks, chop the cabbage after the cabbage. For chopping cabbage, you can use a special grater.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, shift carrots, onions and cabbage. Fry vegetables for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
