Salad "Kuban" cabbage with cucumbers and tomatoes
Kuban salad for the winter from cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes is a very tasty snack that will perfectly decorate both the everyday and festive table. Cabbage in combination with vegetables always gives an excellent result. This salad is perfect for any porridge or potato dishes, it is also tasty to combine a salad with meat dishes, poultry or even fish.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 300 g;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- onion - 1 pc .;
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs .;
- tomatoes - 150 g;
- cucumbers - 100 g;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- peppercorns - 5 pcs .;
- vegetable oil - 70 ml;
- Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.
How to cook Kuban salad of cabbage, cucumbers and tomatoes
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Cabbage choose dense, without damage and flaws. Cut the cabbage into thin, oblong stripes. If you have a special grater, you can use it to chop cabbage.
Peel sweet pepper, remove all partitions and streaks. Cut pepper into small strips or cubes.
Onions and carrots to choose a larger, clean the vegetables and wash, dry. Cut the carrots into oblong stones, onions cut into half rings.
