Cucumbers in a tomato for the winter - a funky recipe in tomato paste will appeal to all lovers of fast and simple preparations. For the recipe, you can use both small cucumbers and large ones, the last option will need to be cut. I like these cucumbers sweetish, so I add a little more sugar. If you like spicy snacks, you can add a couple of chili rings in a jar.
Ingredients for Cucumber in Tomato:
- cucumbers - 4-5 pieces;
- water - 300 ml;
- tomato paste - 3 tbsp. l .;
- sugar - 1.5 tbsp .;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 2 tbsp. l .;
- 3-4 bell peppers;
- allspice - 1 pc.
The process of cooking cucumbers in tomato for the winter
Prepare the products on the list. Choose cucumbers of any size, as long as they do not get bitter. Wash the cucumbers, you can also soak them in cold water. Cut tails of cucumbers on both sides, then cut into small pieces.
Pour clean water into the pan and add the tomato paste. Stir well, throw black pepper and allspice into the marinade of the pea.
