  • garlic - 2-3 slices;

  • fresh basil - 2-3 sprigs;
  • salt - 0.5 tsp;
  • sugar - 1 tsp.

How to cook tomato sauce with basil

It is not necessary to remove the skin from tomatoes, but if you want to make a homogeneous sauce, first pour the boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and then cut into quarters.
