How to cook tomato sauce with basil
It is not necessary to remove the skin from tomatoes, but if you want to make a homogeneous sauce, first pour the boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skin and then cut into quarters.
Prepared tomatoes together with chopped basil lay in a blender. Grind in mashed potatoes.
Pour the tomato puree into a dipper or a thick-bottomed saucepan and set on low heat.
