Adjika from tomatoes, which does not need to be boiled
A great reason to keep fragrant ripe tomatoes and sweet peppers for the winter is to cook adjika. But not boiled, but raw, without the cooking process. A raw winter recipe with tomatoes and peppers is simple and easy. And cooking according to a step-by-step recipe with a photo is not difficult.
Raw adjika will retain its bright fresh taste and give you complete enjoyment in the winter. If you wish, you can add hot chili peppers if you like a fiery appetizer. Adjika can be served with any dish, especially delicious with meat.
Ingredients:
- medium tomatoes - 5 pcs.,
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.,
- hot pepper - to taste,
- garlic - 3 cloves,
- salt - 1 tsp
Cooking raw adjika with tomatoes, peppers and garlic
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Choose ripe juicy tomatoes, rinse and dry them, after cutting the tomatoes in half, remove the growth site of the stem.
Peel sweet peppers from the seed box, rinse half of the pepper and chop randomly. If hot pepper is added, it must also be cleaned.
Dismantle the head of garlic in the cloves, then you need to peel each clove from the husk, rinse.
Put the prepared ingredients in a bowl of a kitchen blender and grind until smooth. Also, if desired, you can do the procedure in a meat grinder.
Transfer adjika to a plate or bowl, add salt, mix well.
Arrange crude adjika in sterile jars, close with a capron lid and send to the lower shelf of the refrigerator.
