There are no harmful additives in homemade ketchup, this sauce is prepared without vinegar, but if the crop is harvested in your own garden and garden, then this is just a treasure!

It will take 60 minutes to cook. From the ingredients indicated in this recipe, you get about 1 liter.

Ingredients:

  • tomatoes - 1.5 kg;
  • apples - 1 kg;
  • salt - 30 g;
  • granulated sugar - 50 g;
  • ground sweet paprika, cinnamon, water.

When the ingredients are almost completely boiled, put them in a sieve and wipe thoroughly so that only unnecessary peel and seeds remain on the grid. There is pectin in the apple peel, and when there is a lot of pectin in the sauce, the sauce is thick.
