Grated raspberries with sugar for the winter
This is the simplest recipe with a photo of a real vitamin bomb, which can be prepared for the cold season. Ripe raspberries, grated with sugar for the winter - this is an indispensable tool in the fight against colds and fever. And it's just a great treat that you can eat with tea, pastries or put in pies as a filling. It is being prepared absolutely without heat treatment.
Keep such a useful workpiece exclusively in the refrigerator. And even though we take a large amount of granulated sugar, berries can begin to ferment at high temperatures. Therefore, it is not recommended to put it in the storage room for conservation.

- granulated sugar - 1500 g.
How to make raspberries with sugar
We try to use not damaged and dry raspberries. Otherwise, the amount of sugar is increased. Pour raspberries into the bowl.
And sprinkle with granulated sugar.
Next, we turn everything into a raspberry puree with a blender. If this is not possible, then you can process the berries with a conventional meat grinder and only then add sugar. If you do not like when small seeds come into the jam (there are a lot of them in the raspberry), then you can grind the berries through a strainer. But so much more is the consumption of raspberries and your personal time.
We prepare containers for our sweet raspberry puree. Wash small jars with baking soda and dry. Now we fill them with a useful preparation, and pour a generous handful of sugar on top, which will serve as a barrier against external factors.
Cover with capron lids. We hide it in the refrigerator, but make sure that such raw raspberries are not stored for more than six months.
And in order to extend her life, you can send her to the freezer, but not in a glass container, but, for example, in food containers.
