Cucumber dressing with garlic for pickle for the winter
This recipe for dressing for pickle for the winter with fresh cucumbers is suitable for housewives who want to save some good time on their own. Its essence is to chop the cucumbers and pickle them in a delicious pickle, and in the winter cold to get the workpiece from the pantry of the room and add it to the soup or salads.
For example, the famous salad Olivier cannot exist without salty cucumbers. But chopping them is not always the time when there is still a huge amount of ingredients that also need to be cut. Especially such a cucumber dressing will help you out during the New Year holidays, when everything in the kitchen is in full swing and there is no extra minute to sit down.
Such pickles should be put in pickle soup a few minutes before the potatoes are ready. And the brine can also be used. Also, these cucumbers can also be added to the vinaigrette.
Ingredients:
- cucumbers (peeled from the middle and peel) - 0.8 kg,
- onions - 150 g,
- garlic - 3 cloves,
- granulated sugar - 3.5 tbsp. l.,
- table salt - 1 tbsp. l.,
- table vinegar - 40 ml,
- vegetable oil - 50 ml.

This harvesting can be made even from overripe fruits. But they are necessarily peeled, cut lengthwise into two parts, and we clean the middle. Cut the cucumbers into cubes.
Peel the onions, cut into small pieces.
Grind the peeled garlic, or pass through a crush. After all the ingredients are combined in one bowl. Mix well so that the salt, vinegar, granulated sugar and butter are evenly distributed.
We cover the dish with cling film or a lid and send it to the refrigerator for a couple of hours. You can have the cucumbers spend the whole night there.
