Everyone loves sweets, especially closing jam for the winter. Harvesting apple jam is different. I will present you the most profitable recipe for me, as I call it "five-minute". The preparation of this jam is very simple and quick.

It will go with tea, pancakes, ice cream, it will be a filling for rolls or pies. Such goodies for the winter need to be prepared as much as possible.

The essence of the preparation is that the jam is cooked in several stages, each of which lasts 5 minutes, and between them the jam just cools down and does not require unnecessary attention on your part. Apples in the process of cooking retain all their useful properties, because they can be cooked for a minimum amount of time.

We select the most beautiful apples for jam so that the jam has an aesthetic appearance. Well, if you have your own apples, homemade. We select those that suit us the most, rinse well under running water.

Cut out the core. Cut the apples into medium pieces. You can peel if desired, so the jam will be more tender.

After that, remove and leave the apples to cool already for 12 hours, or at night. Then we complete the process - put the apples on the stove again and let them boil for 5 minutes after boiling.
