Cucumbers and zucchini, as two real brothers. They perfectly complement each other, creating a new original taste. This recipe for a salad of cucumbers and zucchini “Yum fingers” is a great option for harvesting for the winter.
The cooking process will be able even to an inexperienced, beginning hostess. This salad is delicious to eat both separately and with main dishes or side dishes. It comes out spicy, with wit, due to the hot pepper that is part of. Optionally, you can put in a snack of finely chopped garlic.
- cucumbers - 1000,
- zucchini - 600 g,
- ketchup (chili) - 5 tbsp. l.,
- Table vinegar - 50 ml.,
- salt - 1 tbsp. l.,
- sugar - 2 tbsp. l.,
- vegetable oil - 50 ml.
Cooking spicy cucumber and zucchini salad
Vegetables are washable. Zucchini cut into circles, and then each circle is cut into several parts.
Cut cucumbers as in the photo.
In a container with a tight bottom pour 50 ml of vegetable oil, put all the chopped vegetables, add salt, sugar, spicy ketchup and pour 250 ml of clean cool water.
Future salad leave for 60 minutes so that it should be properly infused and let the liquid.
Next, send the container with vegetables to the fire and boil. After boiling pour 50 ml of vinegar.
In a clean and dry container spread hot flavored salad. We cover with sterile covers and ship everything to be sterilized in a special design - a saucepan, with a cloth towel covered with a bottom.
We will sterilize the blanks for a quarter of an hour, then carefully remove the jars and cork with sterile caps.
