Here is a recipe with step-by-step photos of a very unusual snack that you haven't tried anywhere before. Assorted pickled tomatoes with white grapes for the winter is easy to prepare, and it turns out very tasty, yum fingers. And the result will delight with its elegance and originality.
To create a unique snack, we put in jars not only the berries of ripe grapes, but also a few pieces of fragrant apple. This will emphasize the pleasant taste of the workpiece. Tomatoes turn out juicy, sour-sweet, and white grapes are somewhat reminiscent of pickled olive fruits. Be sure to prepare at least a couple of jars of such a festive snack.
- tomatoes - 500 g,
- white (can and blue) grapes - 300 g,
- apple - 1 pc.,
- granulated sugar - 70 g,
- salt - 2 tsp,
- Table vinegar - 1.5 Art. l.,
- parsley or celery - to taste,
- garlic - 1-2 cloves,
- spices - to taste.

Tomatoes choose tight varieties, medium size. Grapes can be taken and blue, but in this recipe we take white. Sterilize the jars and lids, dry them. We also send bay leaf, peppercorns and peeled garlic here.
Fold the tomatoes into the container as tightly as possible. Do not forget to make a few punctures on each fruit, to protect their integrity. Then put the grapes, separated from the twigs.
Top a few pieces of peeled apple. At will we put a carnation.

We make the initial pouring boiling water for 10 minutes.
Next, drain the cooled water and cook the marinade: add sugar, salt, and vinegar. Cook for 4 minutes and pour our fruit and vegetable platter.
