Coral reef salad with crab sticks, fresh tomatoes and cheese

Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 250 g;
- fresh tomato - 2 pcs .;
- sweet pepper - 2 pcs .;
- hard cheese - 155 g;
- onion - 2 pcs. (100 g);
- lime or lemon for juice (2 tablespoons);
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- mayonnaise;
- for decoration:
- water - 90 ml;
- flour - 10 g;
- sunflower oil - 40 g.
How to cook a coral reef salad with crab sticks
First, prepare the marinade for bulb onions. To do this, mix sugar in one pot with two tablespoons of lemon or lime juice. Clean the onion from the husk, chop it in small pieces and immerse it in the marinade. In order to marinate onion better, it must be bruised hands.
