  • carrots - 1 pc .;
  • onions - 1 pc .;
  • tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
  • sugar to taste;
  • salt, pepper - to taste;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tbsp .;
  • water - 0.5 cups;
  • dry garlic - 0.5 tsp

How to cook beet caviar

Prepare all the products on the list. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry the vegetables. Cut the carrots into small pieces, cut the onion into small cubes.

Boil the beets in advance and cool, peel and grate on a medium grater.


Warm up vegetable oil in a frying pan, toss onions and carrots. Fry vegetables well, until rosy.
