Beet caviar for dinner - good for health

Ingredients:
- beets - 2 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 pc .;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- tomato paste - 1 tbsp. l .;
- sugar to taste;
- salt, pepper - to taste;

- water - 0.5 cups;
- dry garlic - 0.5 tsp
How to cook beet caviar
Prepare all the products on the list. Peel the onions and carrots, rinse and dry the vegetables. Cut the carrots into small pieces, cut the onion into small cubes.
