Quick-salted cucumbers with greens and garlic
Lightly salted cucumbers with garlic and instant greens - the simplest summer snack that everyone likes. Cooking such cucumbers is a real pleasure, the result is always unparalleled, and time and effort are scarce. For the recipe, it is preferable to choose cucumbers of small size, from the green I prefer dill, also add garlic, salt and sugar. After 4-5 hours, you can safely take a sample, the cucumbers are excellent.
Ingredients for salted cucumbers:
- cucumbers - 300 g;
- fresh dill - 8-10 twigs;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 2 tsp;
- ground pepper, paprika - to taste.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients on the list. Pick cucumbers of small size, wash them well, then put in a bowl and pour cold water. Leave the cucumbers for 2-3 hours alone, at this time it is better to change the water several times.
After a while, dry the cucumbers lightly, trim the tails on both sides.
Rinse and dry the fresh dill, chop the dill finely.
Disassemble the garlic into cloves, then peel the cloves off and rinse, dry. Grate the garlic on a fine grater or skip on the press.
Prepare a clean bag with a sealed clasp, put cucumbers in a bag and add dill and garlic. Pour salt, pepper, sugar and paprika to taste.
Stir all the components, close the bag tightly and place in the refrigerator. Leave the cucumbers for 4-5 hours alone, then remove the sample, add spices if desired, and let it brew. Serve cucumbers to the table with any side dish or meat.
