If you want more spicy sauce, add more hot peppers. Such adjika will come to replace factory sauces and ketchups, which do not have a very positive effect on the human body. It can be served absolutely with any main dishes and side dishes. It goes especially well with meat products and potatoes. You can also just spread zucchini-apple adjika on a crisp of fresh bread and enjoy it to the full.
Ingredients:
- fruits of zucchini - 5000 g;
- bell pepper (red) - 1000 g;
- chilli peppers - 15 small pods;
- garlic - 200 g;
- apples - 1000 g;
- carrot - 1000 g;
- odorless vegetable oil - 500 ml;
- table vinegar - 200 ml;
- granulated sugar - 200 g;
- salt - 5 tbsp. l

How to make adjika from zucchini with apples
We wash all the vegetables and apples, clean, if necessary, and cut into oblong pieces, so that it is convenient to pass them through a meat grinder.
