  • salt - 25 g;
  • sugar to taste.

We clean and chop vegetables. For this purpose, both a conventional meat grinder and a food processor are suitable. We start with onions - peel them, pass through a meat grinder.

Turn red, fleshy tomatoes into mashed potatoes. By the way, there is an easy way to do this with a vegetable grater. You need to cut a thin slice from the back of the tomato, and grate the pulp - in your hands there will be a peel that needs to be thrown away.

Peel the zucchini, cut into two parts. We remove the seeds, chop the pulp finely. Throw chopped zucchini to chopped ingredients.
