Today we will cook assorted cabbage, cucumbers, tomatoes, sweet peppers. It will turn out something like a salad, which can be safely called the most delicious of this kind of blanks. It perfectly complements meat dishes, poultry, cereals, potatoes, fish.
If desired, you can add various spices or spices to the main ingredients if you like bright tastes. For spiciness, you can throw a little ring of chili pepper - you get a snack with a twinkle.
Ingredients:- cabbage - 0.5 kg.,
- cucumbers - 300 g.,
- tomatoes - 300 g
- sweet pepper - 300 g
- sugar - 1 tablespoon,
- salt - 1 tablespoon,
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.,
- water - 0.5 cups
- vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon
How to cook mixed vegetables
Prepare all the necessary ingredients on a list. Choose a cabbage tight, without damage. Cut it into oblong, not very thin strips.
Wash and dry fresh cucumbers. Check the fruits for bitterness. Trim the tails of the cucumbers on both sides, then cut into small pieces.
Wash and dry tomatoes, cut into slices or cubes / slices. The method of slicing is not very important, you can cut everything coarsely, but you can vice versa - as small as possible.
You can choose fleshy sweet pepper; you can use different colors to make the workpiece brighter. Peel the seeds from the fruits and remove all partitions, cut into strips.
Put all the vegetables in a pan, mix well. Add butter, salt, sugar. Pour in a little water and cook the salad for 15 minutes over low heat.
At the end of cooking, add a little table vinegar to the vegetables. Stir the ingredients and remove from the stove.
Sterile jars should be prepared for this step - wash, dry, sterilize over steam. Fill the jars with vegetables and juice, which turned out as a result of cooking.
Immediately roll up the jars with sterile lids and put the bottom up, cover with a blanket and leave for a day alone. Store allsorts in a cellar or pantry.
