How to cook bell peppers fried with garlic for the winter
We wash the bell peppers, carefully remove the core. Fruits can not be cut, but left whole.
We clean the garlic from the husk, wash it and chop it with a knife, or with the help of a garlic mill. In a sterile container we put chopped garlic, a teaspoon of salt, two tablespoons of sugar, a portion of vinegar and, if desired, you can add chopped hot peppers.
Now you need to fry the sweet peppers in vegetable oil. We do this in a hot frying pan until the vegetables find a beautiful, ruddy, toasted crust.
Ready peppers fill our jar. We do this as tightly as possible, but not to the very top, but approximately to the bend of the can, the rest of the place is filled with boiling drinking water.
There is no need to sterilize the pepper, because it is already perfectly preserved even in an apartment. The final stage of preparation is to roll up jars with special lids and leave to cool “under a fur coat”.
After that, we put in a dark place, and in winter we enjoy a delicious preparation of our own preparation.
