Marinated zucchini

This is a tasty and budget snack that is suitable for any feast. Despite its big name, even completely non-drinkers will like it. Zucchini for winter vodka is crispy, spicy and low-calorie. This appetizer will not only appeal to all your guests, but will also expand your individual Lenten menu. These vegetables are prepared very easily, without much effort, and the set of ingredients is simple and affordable for everyone.

Ingredients for zucchini snacks:

  • fruits of zucchini - 6 kg;
  • garlic - 100 g;
  • table vinegar - 0.5 l;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • salt - 3 tbsp. l;
  • sunflower oil - 0.5 l;
  • ground black pepper - 1 tsp.

The output of finished products is ten half-liter jars.

Making zucchini squash

We wash the fruits of the zucchini, cut the tails and peel. This can be done using a special knife for slicing slices. Cut the zucchini into large cubes.

We prepare marinade: in a separate container, mix water with sunflower oil, garlic, ground pepper, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil and pour vinegar.

After that, cook the vegetables for 15-20 minutes on low heat.

We prepare containers in which we will roll our zucchini. It is best to take half or one liter jars. We sterilize them as you wish: boiling water or steam. Pour sealed lids with boiling water and forget about them for 10 minutes, so that they are steamed. Then we lay out the finished hot snack in jars and roll up the lids. Turn the lids down and cover with a warm blanket.

Flip the banks

When the preservation has completely cooled, we remove it in the basement or a cool pantry.
