- zucchini - 1 kg;
- onions -250 grams;
- carrot - 500 grams;
- garlic - 100 grams;
- vegetable oil - 100 grams;
- seasoning for Korean carrots - 10 grams;
- salt - 25 grams;
- sugar - 100 grams;
- table vinegar (9%) - 75 grams.
How to Make Korean Zucchini
It’s easy and simple to work with zucchini: wash and grate Korean vegetables for a thin and beautiful shavings. If there is no Korean grater, then either cut the zucchini into thin slices or thin strips as an option.
We clean peppers, onions and cut vegetables into strips or half rings.
In a bowl or pan, mix prepared vegetables: zucchini, onions and peppers.
