How to prepare cucumbers for winter in tomato sauce
All ingredients should be washed thoroughly before cooking. It is recommended to put cucumbers for a couple of hours in water in order to avoid the breakdown of the finished product. Put greens, garlic, peppercorns at the bottom of the can.
Remove tails from cucumbers. Cut them into two or three parts or put them in a jar in any usual way (perpendicular to the bottom or in parallel, in layers). The styling method does not affect the taste of the finished product.
After the jar is completely filled with cucumbers, pour boiling water over the contents. Allow to stand for about five minutes, then drain the liquid back into the pan and boil again. Repeat this action several times.
Meanwhile, make tomato sauce. Skip the indicated number of tomatoes through a meat grinder or beat with a blender and set to boil. The main thing is to constantly stir the resulting juice until it boils so that it does not burn. While boiling, put salt and sugar in it.
After the sauce is prepared, you need to drain the water. Then crush the aspirin and fall asleep inside the jar. After that, pour tomato juice into a jar.
Done. Banks close the tin lid, turn over. Then you should wrap them with a blanket or towel made of thick fabric. There is no need to sterilize the cans, so when using aspirin in any prescription, this procedure is not necessary.
