Cucumbers in grape leaves for the winter
We bring to your attention an interesting way of pickling cucumbers for the winter - screwing into grape leaves. A step by step recipe, the photo of which we offer, will help you with cooking. The resulting cucumbers are incredibly juicy and crispy.

Ingredients:
- short-fruited cucumber - 6 pcs.
- grape leaf - 6 pcs.
- cold water - 1.5 liters.
- large table salt - 50 gr.
- granulated sugar - 50 gr.
- garlic - 3 cloves.
- black pepper peas - 3 pcs.
- allspice peas - 3 pcs.
- bay leaf - 2 pcs.
How to cook cucumbers in grape leaves for the winter
Pre-sterilized the bank in any convenient way for you. Be sure to dry with moisture. At this time, we begin to prepare the cucumbers. To start, wash, remove the buttocks, then pour cool boiling water, leave for 2 minutes and immediately rinse with cold water. This will make the vegetables juicy, crunchy so that the fruits can survive better. Grape leaves thoroughly wash, dry, spread the vegetable in the middle and wrap it in the form of a roll.
At the bottom of the jar we put cucumbers screwed into grape leaves. Lay tightly to each other so that the workpieces do not unwind. For home preservation, use small bright green cucumbers without a yellow peel.
The next layer spread peeled garlic cloves, black and allspice peas. You can also lay branches of dill, parsley. For those who like hot pickles, you can put a small slice of chili pepper and onion rings.
Let's prepare a pickle pickle: boil water in a saucepan, add coarse salt and sugar. Pour the cucumbers in the jar, cover with a lid and leave for 3 minutes, then drain, boil again and pour in for 3 minutes. Repeat by analogy again, then add table vinegar to the jar. Fill the jar with brine to the level of the top side: the less empty space, the less air is present in the container.
We roll up the jar with a sterilized lid, turn it over, check for fluid leakage. Wrap in a plaid / cotton blanket and leave to cool for a day in a warm room. Store cucumbers in grape leaves in a dark, non-hot place for no more than a year.
