Today I suggest you make a simple recipe of eggplant, tomato, sweet pepper, onion, a small amount of garlic - it will turn out very appetizing!
Ragu I propose to prepare small cuts so that in winter it can be served as a salad or a snack. For pungency, you can use chili pepper, you can also make a blank with a sweet note - add sugar. Vegetable stew is perfect for meat or fish.
Ingredients:
- eggplant - 300 g;
- onions - 1 pc.;
- tomatoes - 200 g;
- sweet pepper - 1 pc.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
- salt - 1 tsp;
- sugar - 1 tsp;
- vinegar 9% - 1 tablespoon
How to cook vegetable stew for the winter
Prepare all products on a list. Choose eggplant, rinse and dry. Cut eggplant into small cubes.
Sweet pepper choose fleshy, peel and rinse. Cut the pepper into small cubes as well. If desired, make the cutting of vegetables large.
