I propose to cook pepper in tomato for the winter, this recipe is sweet, delicious and fragrant. A vegetable appetizer will turn a boring cutlet with potatoes into a great dinner, and regular pasta into an amazing breakfast.

It will take 45 minutes to cook. Of the ingredients indicated in this recipe, 4 half-liter cans will come out.

Ingredients for Peppers:

  • Bulgarian pepper - 2.5 kg;
  • tomatoes - 500 g;
  • granulated sugar - 150 g;
  • table salt - 20 g;
  • apple vinegar - 25 ml;
  • ground sweet paprika - 3 tsp

How to cook peppers in tomato

For preparation, sweet bell pepper of any color is suitable. It is better, as in this recipe, to cook multi-colored vegetable stew, but this is not necessary. We sort the pepper, we leave only whole fruits for the workpiece without damage and signs of damage.

Add the ground sweet paprika, pour sugar and table salt, pour a little apple cider vinegar. We put the pan on the stove, close the lid, bring the vegetables to a boil over high heat. Then remove the lid, turn off the gas, cook for 20 minutes.
